If lessons cannot proceed due to natural disasters, earthquakes, blizzards, resort closures, government restrictions, transport disruptions or other force majeure, we will help reschedule or arrange a refund depending on the situation.

For accommodation, charter or other services we help book, because they involve third-party suppliers' cancellation rules,No refunds after payment is completed。
You may also choose to book with the hotel yourself (in which case the 10% OFF discount won't apply).
Eligible refunds will be processed via the original payment method after confirmation.
Actual crediting times may vary depending on the processing times of credit card companies, banks or third-party payment platforms.
Free rescheduling or a refund is offered only when the resort suspends all lift operations and the lesson cannot take place (a change of resort may also be arranged where feasible).
In all other circumstances — including bad weather, public transport suspension, flight cancellations, road closures or personal reasons — fees are non-refundable.
We strongly recommend purchasing travel insurance covering trip cancellation, trip interruption and winter sports before departure, transferring these risks to your insurer; some policies may reimburse lesson fees lost to force-majeure events such as public transport disruption. Actual coverage is subject to your policy terms.
